Männikjärve is short and flat, which makes it ideal with children or on a day when you only have an hour. The boardwalk leads out to a tower above a small lake.
Endla is one of the places where bogs have been studied for a long time, and the view shows why: the dome of the bog rises gently from its edges, with pools arranged in bands across the slope.
Look down between the boards for sundew, a tiny carnivorous plant with red sticky leaves.
Combine it with a walk along the Endla lake shore for a half-day trip.
